Gurveen Bath P.Eng, PMP

A Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Project Management Professional (PMP), and founder of Bath Homes. With more than a decade of experience managing complex construction, rehabilitation, and building envelope projects across British Columbia, I bring a unique combination of engineering expertise, project leadership, and hands-on construction knowledge to every project.

I built my career with industry-leading firms including Stantec and Morrison Hershfield, where I led multimillion-dollar projects ranging from residential towers and heritage buildings to civic and commercial developments. Throughout my career, I’ve managed projects from initial planning and design through construction and completion, ensuring quality workmanship, budget control, and exceptional client experiences. 
 
My passion lies in helping homeowners create homes that are built to last. Whether it’s a custom home, major renovation, heritage restoration, or building envelope upgrade, I focus on delivering durable, well-designed solutions that protect your investment while enhancing the way you live.
